We do not roll over any unused ecover requests. Any ecovers that are designed for you during a package month is of value to you. We do not offer refunds on unused ecover graphics.

Some months I do not need all 5 ecovers, can I have banners created instead?

We have been asked this question a few times and have decided to let our members request banner graphics in place of ecover graphics when they are needed. 1 banner will equal 1 ecover design. So as a member you can request up to 5 ecovers and/or banner graphics per month.

What's Your Turnaround Time?
